The National Paralympic Committee of Azerbaijan and the Spanish Paralympic Committee have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.
The memorandum envisages cooperation between the Paralympic Committees of the two countries to strengthen institutional ties, expand the exchange of experience, and implement joint initiatives aimed at developing parasports.
