Mahir Mammadov, President of the Azerbaijan Chess Federation, met with Enes Efendioglu, President of the Turkish Chess Federation, on the sidelines of the 2026 Chess Olympiad in Uzbekistan.
The meeting featured discussions on a new stage of chess cooperation between the two fraternal countries, the organization of joint tournaments, the training of young chess players, and the exchange of experience.
At the end of the meeting, Mahir Mammadov presented a keepsake to Enes Efendioglu, President of the Turkish Chess Federation.
