“Türkiye welcomes the agreement reached by Azerbaijan and Armenia on the draft peace treaty,” Türkiye’s National Security Council said in a statement following its meeting chaired by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on May 22.
The Council also expressed hope that the necessary conditions will be created to achieve a final peace that yields positive outcomes for all regional actors.
