The Khojaly tragedy, where 613 innocent people were brutally killed, is a dark stain that has left a deep trace on the conscience of humanity, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Birol Akgün told journalists.
"As the Turkish Embassy, we express our condolences to our Azerbaijani brothers, and wish Allah's mercy upon all our martyrs," the ambassador emphasized.
