Atatürk's arrival was celebrated with the SOLOTURK show
The 94th anniversary of the arrival of GAZI Mustafa Kemal Atatürk to Eğirdir district of Isparta was celebrated with ceremonies in which SOLOTÜRK performed a demonstration flight.

The celebration program for the 94th anniversary of Atatürk's arrival in Eğirdir district of Isparta started with the wreath presenting ceremony. Eğirdir District Governor Adem Çelik, Eğirdir Mountain Commando School and Training Center Commander Brigadier General Ahmet Aşık, Eğirdir Mayor Veli Gök, district protocol, students and hundreds of citizens attended the program.

After the wreath laying ceremony, the protocol and citizens walked from Kale Square to Yeşilada District accompanied by a band and participated in the program there. At the ceremony here, the speech stating the meaning and importance of the day was made by Hasan Ayık, Principal of Eğirdir Akşemseddin Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. Ayık said, "Today, we are gathered here on the 100th anniversary of our Republic, to celebrate and commemorate the 94th anniversary of the visit of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of our Republic, one of the truest heroes of history, to Eğirdir, with the excitement and enthusiasm of the first day. Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, 6 March He arrived in Eğirdir around 02:00 on Thursday, 1930 and rested in the silence of the night. After watching the magnificent view of Eğirdir illuminated by the first rays of the sun for a short time over Demirköprü, he went to Eğirdir Train Station. The people of Eğirdir flocked to the train station to welcome Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. "They turned that day into judgment day," he said.

SOLOTÜRK made a demonstration flight at the end of the program, which continued with poems, singing of Atatürk's favorite songs, folk dance performances and a weapons exhibition. The city's residents followed SOLOTURK, which made its first demonstration flight in Eğirdir, with excitement.
