Election celebrations in Istanbul
With the opening of most of the ballot boxes in Istanbul, Republican People's Party supporters celebrated in many districts.

In the March 31 Local Elections, the vote counting process started after the voting process was completed at 17.00. According to the unofficial results, parties celebrated on Bağdat Street in Kadıköy after seeing that Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IBB) Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu was ahead in the election race. Party members celebrated the election results accompanied by drums and zurna, carrying torches and Turkish flags.

ELECTION CELEBRATION IN ESENYURT

In Esenyurt, the voting process in the General Elections for Local Authorities ended at 17.00. Then, with the opening of the ballot boxes, polling officials started counting the votes. As the results were announced in Esenyurt, celebrations started at different points of the district. In Esenyurt Cumhuriyet Square, supporters of different parties had fun with party music.

PARTY SUPPORTERS IN SULTANGAZİ HAD FUN WITH HALAY

Republican People's Party supporters celebrated in Gazi Neighborhood. While some citizens made a convoy and celebrated on vehicles such as trucks and pickup trucks, others had fun by dancing halay on the street.
