As part of the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty," the national flag of Azerbaijan was raised in front of the Philadelphia City Hall.
The ceremony was held at the initiative of the Azerbaijani Embassy in the U.S.
The year 2025 has been declared the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty” in Azerbaijan by a Decree of President Ilham Aliyev.
