Issa Kassis, Mayor of Ramallah, Palestine, who participated in the Mega Cities Summit held in Istanbul with the participation of world mayors, said: "The whole world woke up with this tragedy in Gaza. It was really a great tragedy. We condemn the massacre of civilians around the world and we think it must end. Dialogue is the shortest way to communicate. We think that we should meet on a common ground and use the civilised method of dialogue instead of killing."
