Iran: We will not allow US intervention in the Strait of Hormuz
Colonel Ibrahim Zulfikari, spokesperson for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters of the Iranian Armed Forces, said, “We do not and will not allow US intervention in the Strait of Hormuz.”

Colonel Ibrahim Zulfikari, spokesperson for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, the unit of the Iranian Armed Forces conducting the war, commented on US President Donald Trump's statement, 'We will hold the Strait of Hormuz. We will probably manage it.' Zulfikari stated that US attempts to intervene in the Strait of Hormuz endanger regional security and maritime trade, saying, "As previously warned, we do not and will not allow any US intervention in the Strait of Hormuz."

Zulfikari noted that ships attempting to pass through the Strait of Hormuz without the permission of the Iranian Armed Forces and without using the route determined by Iran would be intervened, saying, "The recent operations carried out by the Iranian Army and the Revolutionary Guards are clear evidence of this."

Zulfikari stated that providing logistical support to US attacks would be considered a declaration of war and warned that the spread of war in the region would affect all regional countries. He emphasized that cooperation with the US by regional countries increases the risk of war, stating, "The source of insecurity in the region is the US and the countries cooperating with it."
