Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko announced on his social media account that the Russian army launched a ballistic missile attack on Kyiv. Klitschko noted that the attack began around 01:30 local time and reported that fires broke out in different parts of the city. Highlighting that some warehouses in two separate districts of Kyiv were damaged, Klitschko stated, “In the Holosiivskyi district, an ammonia leak occurred as a result of a business building being hit. Emergency teams are being dispatched to the areas.”
