Pakistan's Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif shared his thoughts on the 'Mecca Joint Defense Agreement' via his social media account. Sharif expressed his honor in signing the agreement alongside President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, stating that the three countries are united by a common commitment to faith, friendship, peace, and security.

Sharif conveyed his hope that this historic pact, signed in the shadow of sacred sites, will remain a shield of peace for future generations, and expressed his wish for the agreement to bring prosperity not only to Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan but to the entire Islamic world.
