Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that he rejected the 15-point plan announced by the Peace Council for the implementation of the second phase of the ceasefire in Gaza.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke at the opening of the weekly cabinet meeting. In his speech, Netanyahu made a statement regarding the new roadmap announced by the Peace Council concerning the ceasefire in Gaza. Announcing that they did not accept the new 15-point roadmap for the implementation of the second phase of the ceasefire in Gaza, Netanyahu stated that the Israeli army would not withdraw from Gaza until Hamas is completely disarmed. Netanyahu, emphasizing that he meant all weapons when he said disarmament, stated, "We are talking about real disarmament, not a fake or imaginary one."
Noting that they discussed the second phase of the ceasefire in Gaza, including the disarmament of Hamas, with the US administration, Netanyahu said, "They have some ideas, and some of these ideas are acceptable to us, while others are not."
