In a statement made on the Philippine Coast Guard's (PCG) social media account, it was reported that one person died and three others were missing after a vehicle fell into the Tarlac River due to the partial collapse of the Agana Bridge in Tarlac city. It was noted that teams conducted a comprehensive search in the river, scanning approximately a 35-kilometer stretch from the Aguso area to the Ablang River in Paniqui. The statement also mentioned that the search operations were expanded towards the Ablang and Paniqui bridges, and efforts to reach the three missing persons were ongoing.
