Zelensky: Not Convinced Russia Will Adhere to Any Agreement
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said regarding U.S. President Donald Trump's statement that Ukraine and Russia have agreed not to target each other's energy facilities, "We are not convinced Russia will adhere."

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made a post on his social media account regarding U.S. President Donald Trump's statement that Ukraine and Russia have agreed not to target each other's energy facilities. Zelensky noted that Ukraine has proposed to its partners to secure an agreement with Russia to stop the destruction of critical infrastructure, stating, "Food, energy, and other essential needs necessary for sustaining life must be protected, but Russian attacks are primarily directed at these areas. Every day, Ukraine's energy facilities, port infrastructure, logistics facilities, and even food and medicine warehouses are targeted. Ukraine is not convinced that Russia is willing to adhere to any agreement."
