Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated in a social media post that Russia continues to target Ukraine's energy sector, logistics networks, and critical infrastructure. Emphasizing that the responses given to these attacks by Russia are concrete, Zelensky reported that the Ukrainian Defense Forces have achieved new results at the oil refinery in Syzran. Zelensky noted that the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) production facility in Taganrog, the UAV preparation and launch site in the Orel region, as well as targets in the Black Sea, were successfully hit.
