“Baku holds an irreplaceable position in the Turkic world. Far more than a "Second Homeland", it fully reflects the iconic "One nation, two states" principle, as declared by National Leader Heydar Aliyev,” said Ferhat Pirinççi, Deputy Head of Communications at the Presidency's Directorate of Communications of Türkiye, as he addressed the panel session on "Turkic World Dialogues: Shared Future, Shared Vision held in Baku.
He emphasized that the primary goal of the panel series, which began in Kazakhstan and continues in Azerbaijan and will next travel to other Turkic states, aims to foster dialogue and generate key ideas ahead of the upcoming Summit of the Organisation of Turkic States (OTS) in Türkiye.
