Minister: Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway is a key component of Middle Corridor

“All our institutions, professional organizations, and chambers of commerce are working tirelessly to reach the $15 billion trade turnover target set by our presidents as soon as possible,” said Hakan Fidan, Türkiye’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, during a joint press conference held with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Jeyhun Bayramov.

“Cooperation in the energy, transport, and logistics sectors constitutes another strategic dimension of our relations. Numerous projects are currently being implemented in these areas. We consider the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway to be a key component of the Middle Corridor,” the minister added.
