On September 21, Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, met with Nelsy Raquel Munar Jaramillo, Colombia’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan.
Ulvi Mehdiyev briefed the Colombian ambassador on the activities of the ASAN Khidmet Centers, established on the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev, as well as on innovative solutions implemented in the public service sector and the outcomes achieved in the delivery of public services.
The meeting also addressed efforts and projects aimed at implementing the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the State Agency and the relevant Colombian government body in the field of public service delivery.
Nelsy Raquel Munar Jaramillo then familiarized herself with the activities of the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Center, Mobile ASAN Khidmet and the Bilim Baku Center.
