Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said, "We support holding a trilateral meeting at the leaders' level in Turkey to end the Russia-Ukraine War."
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy answered questions from the press after his bilateral meeting with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the Turkish House in New York, as part of the 81st United Nations (UN) General Assembly. Zelenskiy stated that the meeting went well and that President Erdoğan conveyed to him that he is ready to host a trilateral meeting at the leaders' level.
Noting that relations with Turkey are good, Zelenskiy said, "We support the idea of holding a trilateral meeting at the leaders' level in Turkey if President Erdoğan can organize it to end the Russia-Ukraine War."
