Norway announced it will send $13 million in aid to be used for the needs of the civilian population in Palestine.
Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide stated in a written announcement that international support for Palestinians is necessary. Eide noted that the Norwegian government has decided to send $13 million in aid for the needs of the civilian population in Palestine, stating, "The aid will be delivered through the United Nations (UN) and the World Bank."
