Death toll in Indonesian ferry accident rises to 64

The death toll from the ferry that capsized in Indonesia on September 13 has risen to 64.
The death toll from the ferry that capsized in Indonesia on September 13 has risen to 64.

 

Indonesian media published a statement from the National Search and Rescue Agency's head, Muhammad Syafili, regarding the ferry that capsized on September 13. Syafili noted that the bodies of 11 more people were found, 108 people on the ferry were rescued, 64 bodies were recovered, and 71 people are missing.
