Sweden officially joins NATO

Sweden has officially joined NATO. During the ceremony held at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, the Swedish flag was raised. Sweden became the 32nd member of the intergovernmental organization, following Finland, which officially joined NATO on April 4, 2023.
