“Baku Heart Days” 9th Internasional Congress organized by Azerbaijan Society for Cardiovascular Surgery in memory of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev started at the Gulustan Palace in Baku.
The aim of the congress is to contribute to the development of cardiology and cardiovascular surgery in Azerbaijan, to exchange views with foreign specialists and to explore the latest innovations in this field.
The congress will bring together about 400 local and foreign cardiologists and cardiac surgeons from more than 20 countries to discuss the crucial issues in cardiovascular diseases and their treatment.
The 21 scientific sessions will feature the latest scientific innovations in cardiovascular surgery.
The event will also hold joint sessions with the Turkish Society of Cardiovascular Surgery, the European Society of CardioVascular Surgery, and the Azerbaijan Society of Resuscitators and Anaesthesiologists.
