The 17th Conference and the 3rd Forum of Young Ophthalmologists of Azerbaijan, dedicated to honored scientist Professor Zahra Guliyeva, were held in Baku.
The event was co-organized by the Ministry of Health, the National Ophthalmology Center named after Academician Zarifa Aliyeva, and the Azerbaijan Society of Ophthalmologists.
The forum aims to inform young professionals about the application of artificial intelligence in modern ophthalmology, discuss the role of these technologies in clinical practice and scientific research, and emphasize the importance of innovative approaches in the professional development of young ophthalmologists.
The program featured panel discussions and interactive sessions on AI-based diagnostic tools, clinical decision support systems, teleophthalmology, as well as ethical and legal issues.
