As a result of the attention and care of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Ilham Aliyev, efforts aimed at improving the service conditions and social welfare of military personnel are being successfully continued, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defence told AZERTAC.
On 26 June, the Day of the Armed Forces, the leadership of the Ministry of Defense inspected the newly commissioned fitness center and the facilities established at the Emergency Medical Unit of the Main Clinical Hospital.
Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, was briefed that the center has been fully equipped with all the necessary fitness tools and training apparatus to enhance the physical fitness and endurance of servicemen.
The Ministry's leadership then visited the Emergency Medical Unit of the Main Clinical Hospital, where they were informed about the newly commissioned emergency ambulances and the advanced medical equipment installed in the department.
It was noted that the ambulances are outfitted with the latest medical technologies and equipment to provide immediate medical assistance to evacuated servicemen.
These measures are intended to further enhance the quality and effectiveness of emergency and urgent medical care provided to military personnel.
