Teymur Musayev, Azerbaijan's Minister of Health, met with Jean Todt, the UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy for Road Safety, in Baku.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on road safety, the prevention of traffic accidents, the improvement of emergency medical care for accident victims, and the prospects for international cooperation in this field.
Jean Todt praised the measures taken to improve road safety in Azerbaijan and highlighted the country's achievements in this area.
The meeting also focused on strengthening road safety awareness, developing the emergency medical care system, improving coordination among relevant agencies, and exploring opportunities for future cooperation.
