An eyewitness has given an account of the shocking incident which left a number of people injured at Liverpool's Premier League title parade.
Hundreds of thousands of Liverpool supporters filled the streets to celebrate the Reds' 20th league title, making up for the celebration that was denied in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
But on Monday evening, footage circulated showing a black car hitting pedestrians on Water Street, a central thoroughfare in the city center.
