The Azerbaijan women’s basketball team has advanced to the final of the FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup in Copenhagen, Denmark.
In the group stage, Azerbaijan defeated France 21:16 and Ukraine 21:14, advancing to the quarterfinals as group leaders. In the quarterfinals, the team overcame Poland 16:13, and in the semifinals, they beat reigning European champions Spain 21:17, securing a historic first-ever final appearance in Azerbaijan’s 3x3 basketball history.
Azerbaijan will face the Netherlands in the final.
