Azerbaijan, Türkiye explore judicial cooperation

On April 6, Farhad Abdullayev, Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan, met with a delegation led by Muhsin Şentürk, Prosecutor General of the Supreme Court of Appeal of Türkiye.

Farhad Abdullayev highlighted the exemplary Azerbaijan-Türkiye brotherhood, noting that thanks to the successful policies pursued by both countries’ leaders, these unbreakable relations had reached the level of strategic partnership.

He hailed the successful development of brotherly ties across all areas, including the judicial one.

General Prosecutor Muhsin Şentürk praised the existing bilateral relations between the two countries, adding that the ties grounded in the “One nation, two states” concept is of great importance to the exchange of expertise and mutual support between the public institutions of both countries.

The meeting addressed the role of constitutional justice, the development of legal systems, and fostering relations between judicial and prosecutorial institutions.
