Since early morning, 36 individuals have been evacuated via the Astara border checkpoint.
According to AZERTAC’s regional correspondent, between 09:00 and 14:00, 38 evacuees crossed into Azerbaijan through the Astara state border checkpoint.
The individuals evacuated represent multiple countries: 34 Chinese, 2 Nigerian, 1 American, and 1 Pakistani citizen.
The evacuation process was conducted following the completion of relevant document checks, registration, and other necessary procedures, with all essential measures taken at the border crossing to ensure a secure transition.
After completing the necessary registration procedures, they were safely dispatched to their destination.
