Abbas Abbasov, Executive Director of the Baku Initiative Group (BIG), stated that the organization will continue to provide resolute and active support to the Sikh resistance and to peoples who are still living under colonial oppression.
He delivered this statement on March 13 at the international conference themed “Countering Indian Transnational Repression: Sikh Resistance and United Nations” in Geneva, Switzerland, held as part of the 61st session of the UN Human Rights Council.
