“We are greatly inspired by the application of the ‘ASAN Service’ model in the improvement and modernization of public services in Guinea. I am confident that this successful Azerbaijani model will be implemented in our country at the same high level,” said Faya François Bourouno, Guinean Minister of Administrative Modernization and the Civil Service.
The minister emphasized: “As for the agreement signed today, I believe we will achieve very productive cooperation that meets the interests of our countries. We have already begun to acquire this essential knowledge and these skills. We will fulfill our obligations at the appropriate level. Since this reform was successfully implemented and proved successful in Azerbaijan, I am certain it will also yield positive results in our country.”
As part of the visit of the Guinean delegation to Azerbaijan, an "Agreement on Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Guinea on the implementation of the "ASAN Khidmet" practice in the Republic of Guinea" was signed.
