Aydin Karimov, Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Shusha district, met with Berlian Helmy, Ambassador of Indonesia to Azerbaijan.
Karimov briefed the ambassador on the reconstruction and construction projects in Shusha, the renewal of infrastructure, and the resettlement of the population.
The Special Representative noted that the projects for the restoration and reconstruction of the cultural capital are based on the unique architectural traditions of Shusha and the national values of the Azerbaijani people.
Ambassador Berlian Helmy underscored that the future twinning of one of the Indonesian cities with Shusha could make a worthy contribution to relations between the two countries.
The meeting also focused on efforts to strengthen bilateral relations, friendship, and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries and peoples.
