Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif made statements regarding the latest situation in the peace process between the US and Iran through a post on his social media account. Highlighting the disinformation campaigns aimed at sabotaging the peace agreement, Sharif said, “While Pakistan's intense mediation efforts continue, we are fully aware of the relentless disinformation campaign conducted by those who wish to sabotage the peace agreement. Putting the noise aside, we can confirm that the final and agreed text of the peace agreement has been reached, and Pakistan is working closely with both parties to finalize the next steps. Peace has never been this close before,” he stated.
