CENTCOM: Iranian Drone Attacks on Commercial Ships Thwarted
The U.S. Central Command announced that multiple attack drones targeting commercial ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz were shot down by U.S. forces.

In a statement from the U.S. Central Command's (CENTCOM) social media account, it was stated, “Iran launched numerous one-way attack drones (UAVs) aimed at striking commercial ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz. While the flow of traffic in the strait continues uninterrupted, U.S. forces have shot down all of them in the last few hours. The international trade corridor remains open to passage.”
