In Switzerland, voters went to the polls today to vote on the 'No to a 10 Million Switzerland' proposal supported by the right-wing Swiss People's Party (SVP). The Swiss Federal Statistical Office announced that voter turnout was 58.86 percent. It was recorded that 54.8 percent of citizens voted against the proposal, while 45.2 percent supported it.
