Israeli Minister Ben-Gvir: Trump's deal does not bind us
Israel's far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir said, “President Donald Trump's agreement does not bind us, we are not a colony of the US.”
Israel's far-right National Security Minister Ben-Gvir made a post on his social media account regarding the agreement reached between the US and Iran. Itamar Ben-Gvir stated, “President Donald Trump's deal does not bind us. Israel is not a colony of the US.”
Ben-Gvir, who argued that the Israeli army should not withdraw from the occupied areas in Lebanon, said, “We are not a party to this agreement that does not secure our safety, and this agreement does not bind us in any way. We should not agree to anything less than the complete dismantling of Hezbollah. We must not remain silent for even a moment in the face of fire directed at Israel.”
In his post, Ben-Gvir also claimed that every drone or missile launched from Lebanon to Israel would “result in an Israeli attack in the Dahiye area of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon.”
