A 6.2 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Davao Oriental province in southern Philippines.
The US Geological Survey (USGS) announced that a 6.2 magnitude tremor was recorded 67 kilometers southeast off the coast of Pondaguitan, in the Davao Oriental province of the Philippines. Initial reports indicate no loss of life or property damage from the earthquake, which occurred at a depth of 111.9 kilometers.
