Agreement Between the US and Iran to be Signed in Bürgenstock, Switzerland

It has been reported that the official signing ceremony of the agreement reached between Iran and the US is planned to be held on June 19 in the town of Bürgenstock, Switzerland.

The Swiss media published a statement from the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The statement confirmed that the US-Iran agreement will be signed in the town of Bürgenstock. It also mentioned that in order to continue discussions towards the signing of a possible memorandum of understanding between the US and Iran and to facilitate the arrival of delegations to Switzerland, close contact has been maintained with the US, Iran, Pakistan, and Qatar over the past few days. It was emphasized that the town of Bürgenstock was suggested by both the US and Iran, as well as by Pakistani and Qatari mediators, and that Switzerland has assumed the role of mediator and provided the necessary conditions for the meeting to take place on its soil.
