US Military: Strait of Hormuz Open for Commercial Ship Passage
The US military reported that the Strait of Hormuz is open for passage.

In a post on its social media account, the US Central Command (CENTCOM) stated that the Strait of Hormuz is open for passage. In the statement, it was noted that as of June 20, commercial ship traffic in the Strait of Hormuz has continued to increase, saying, "Today, with the passage of 55 commercial ships, the opportunity for safe passage in the international waterway is maintained, while these ships carried a large amount of cargo and more than 17 million barrels of oil to global markets."

The statement also conveyed that the US military continues its mission in the region to ensure the continuation of safe passages.
