U.S. President Donald Trump reported that despite the global drop in oil prices following the agreement with Iran, this decrease has not been reflected in pump prices in the U.S.
U.S. President Donald Trump, in a post on his social media account, stated, “Major oil companies are not reflecting the lower prices they pay for oil at the pump. Meanwhile, prices are dropping sharply! In other words, customers are being overcharged. I have instructed the Department of Justice to immediately begin investigating this matter. It would be good for gas prices to start dropping much faster than I have seen.”
