It was reported that 4 people lost their lives due to heavy rains in the US state of Kentucky.
The US National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for parts of Kentucky and Indiana. Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear stated on his social media account that four people lost their lives in floods caused by heavy rains affecting the state, specifically in the Madison and Jackson areas.
Beshear reported that 12 roads in the state became unusable due to the flooding and urged residents to remain cautious.
