US Vice President JD Vance stated that President Donald Trump will not send troops to Iran 'unless necessary.'
US Vice President JD Vance spoke to the press in the state of Virginia regarding the Iran agenda. Vance stated that Trump could commit to not sending troops to Iran 'unless necessary' and 'unless there is a clearly defined purpose.'
Referring to the talks held in Doha, Qatar, Vance said, “The talks are going well at the moment. We are still at a very early stage. What is necessary for the negotiations to succeed will be done, but if they try to re-establish their nuclear program, do not allow inspections, or resume firing at commercial ships they have stopped for a few days, then of course the president will still have many options on the table.”
