U.S. President Donald Trump spoke at a political event in North Dakota. Commenting on the Madrid administration, Trump said, “Spain is a NATO member, but not a good NATO member.”

Referring to regions where Spain has historically been influential, such as Cuba, Puerto Rico, the Philippines, and Guam, Trump remarked, “Spain is not treating us well. You will soon realize when you see these places slipping away from your hands. They were all once ours.”

Addressing the Panama Canal, Trump stated that the canal was built by the U.S. and described its later transfer as a 'strategic mistake.' Trump said, “Washington will take action against China's influence in the region.”
