The death toll from the earthquakes in Venezuela on June 24 has risen to 2,645.
A statement from the Venezuelan Ministry of Information noted that the death toll from the earthquakes increased by 50, reaching 2,645. The statement reported that more than 12,000 people were injured and approximately 15,000 were left homeless in the earthquakes measuring 7.2 and 7.5 in magnitude.
