It has been reported that 34 people have died in the flood caused by heavy rains in Ghana.
Richard Amo Yartey, Director of the Ghana National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO), announced that floods have affected the capital Accra and six other provinces due to heavy rains continuing since June 28. Yartey stated that 34 people have lost their lives and many others have been injured due to the flood.
