Death toll in Venezuela earthquakes rises to 2,954
The death toll from the two major earthquakes that occurred in Venezuela on June 24 has risen to 2,954.

The latest update on the earthquakes was shared by the Venezuelan Ministry of Information on its social media account. The statement noted that the death toll from the earthquakes has risen to 2,954, with 16,592 people injured and approximately 16,000 left homeless. It was also reported that 6,462 people have been rescued so far as part of the search and rescue operations.
