Trump: Netanyahu requested a meeting at the White House
U.S. President Donald Trump reported that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu requested a meeting with him at the White House for next week.

U.S. President Donald Trump stated in a press release to the American media that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu requested a meeting with him at the White House for next week. Trump noted that the meeting could take place after his return from the NATO Summit in Ankara, saying, "Netanyahu and I get along very well. He knows who the boss is."

In his statement, Trump also touched upon the process with Iran. Claiming that the Iranians are 'begging to make a deal,' Trump noted that both sides have paused the talks for a week due to the funeral of the country's former leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Trump said, "They are all there. We could neutralize them all with a single shot, but we won't do that because then there would be no one left to negotiate with."
