Trump: We will discuss the Ukraine-Russia issue at the NATO Summit
US President Donald Trump announced that they will hold talks to reach an agreement between Ukraine and Russia at the NATO Summit.

US President Donald Trump made a statement to the press at the White House regarding the Russia-Ukraine War and Iran negotiations. Trump said about the war between Russia and Ukraine, “We will go to NATO, discuss the issue, and I think we will succeed. I believe we are very close to ending the war in Ukraine. Both Russian and Ukrainian leaders want to make a deal.”

Regarding the ongoing peace talks with Iran, Trump said, “The talks are going well, but the media has not given this issue the attention it deserves.”

Trump stated that Iran can never have nuclear weapons and that this can never be allowed. Trump said, "We have obtained 'concessions from Tehran' regarding Iran's nuclear enrichment efforts and we will take possession of the enriched material they have."

Emphasizing that he prefers to make a deal with Iran and does not want the 91 million Iranian people to be affected by war, Trump said, “We will win one way or another. Either we will make a deal or we will finish the job.”

Trump also touched on the issue of the Strait of Hormuz, saying, “The Strait of Hormuz is a big money machine. No one had heard of its fame before.”
