Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Arakçi stated on his social media account that millions of Iranians attended the funeral of the country's former leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Noting that the Iranian people and army are unaffected by any threats, Arakçi referred to the 13th article of the memorandum of understanding, saying, "If threats continue, negotiations towards a final agreement will not begin. Stay true to your signature."
